Agreement to sign electronically

• You agree to receive this document electronically and to sign it with an electronic signature, which has the same effect as signing on paper.
• You can ask for a paper copy, or withdraw this agreement before you sign, by writing to the sender. Withdrawing does not change anything already signed.
• To open and keep the document you need a current web browser and a way to read a PDF. A signed copy is emailed to you when everyone has signed.
• Your email address is confirmed with a one-time code before you sign. Each step is recorded with the time, your IP address and your device.
